At MediaPostAI, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what data we store, how to request deletion, and what happens when your data is deleted.
When you use MediaPostAI, we may store the following data:
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
Log in to your MediaPostAI account, navigate to Settings → Account, and click "Delete Account". This will immediately begin the deletion process.
If you connected your Facebook account to MediaPostAI, you can request data deletion directly from your Facebook Settings under "Apps and Websites". When you remove MediaPostAI from Facebook, we receive a callback and will automatically delete all data associated with your Facebook connection.
Upon processing your deletion request:
Note: Content that has already been published to third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok) is managed by those platforms. Deleting your MediaPostAI data does not remove posts already published on those platforms. You must delete those directly through the respective platform.
In certain cases, we may retain minimal data as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax purposes). Such data will be anonymized where possible and stored securely for the legally required retention period only.
